Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Website User Agreement and applies to all information, including personal data of the User, obtained by the Website Administration during the User's interaction with the Website, the execution of the User Agreement, and agreements between the Website Administration and the User. By using the Website, the User unconditionally agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing specified herein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Website.

Before using the Website, the User must carefully review this Privacy Policy.

1. Personal Data

1.1. By providing their personal data in any form (e.g., registration on the Website, placing orders, subscribing to marketing newsletters, etc.) to the Website Administration, the User consents to the processing of their personal data by the Website Administration in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.2. The processing of personal data is carried out to fulfill the User Agreement and other agreements between the Website Administration and the User.

1.3. The processing of personal data is conducted exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Estonia, in compliance with applicable Estonian and European Union legislation.

1.4. The User's consent for the processing of their personal data is granted to the Website Administration for the duration of the obligations between the User and the Website Administration under the User Agreement or other agreements.

1.5. If the User revokes their consent for the processing of personal data, they must notify the Website Administration in writing or via email. Upon receipt of such notification, the Website Administration ceases processing the User's personal data and deletes it.

1.6. The Website does not have the status of a personal data operator. The User's personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy.

2. Measures to Protect Personal Data

2.1. In its activities, the Website Administration complies with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia and GDPR.

2.2. The Website Administration takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data of Users and ensures the rights of data subjects as established by applicable Estonian and European Union legislation.

2.3. The protection of the User's personal data is ensured through physical, technical, and administrative measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, breaches of confidentiality, and data alteration. Security measures include firewalls and data encryption, physical access control to data processing centers, and authorization controls for data access.

3. Changes to the Privacy Policy

3.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to unilaterally make any changes to the Privacy Policy without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Privacy Policy is posted on this page.
